Center for Discovery (CFD) is an eating disorder treatment provider with locations across multiple states, including Northern and Southern California (Granite Bay, Menlo Park, Sacramento, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Del Mar, Glendale, Irvine, Lakewood, La Habra, Orange, San Diego, Temecula, Thousand Oaks, Torrance and Woodland Hills), Connecticut (Fairfield, Greenwich, Southport), Florida (Maitland, Montverde, Tampa), Illinois (Chicago, Des Plaines, Glenview), Kansas (Shawnee), Maryland (Columbia), New Jersey (Bridgewater, Paramus), Oregon (Portland), Texas (Addison, Austin, Houston, Plano), Virginia (Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean) and Washington (Edmonds, Tacoma).

The program treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, orthorexia nervosa, ARFID and OSFED, along with co-occurring disorders and primary mental health diagnoses. Levels of care include residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP), as well as online PHP and IOP through an online treatment program.

Treatment modalities named on the site include cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, and dialectical behavior therapy, plus a dietary program. Care is described as customized and family-centered. Inclusive programming includes gender affirmative care, LGBTQ+ support, inclusive binge eating care, the SENSE Program, support groups, and eating disorder treatment for veterans.
