How to quit Roobet
Crypto-based casino popular on streaming platforms; unregulated in the U.S. This page walks through how to close your account, enroll in self-exclusion, and find gambling-recovery support that fits your insurance.

1. Close your Roobet account
Support channel: Live chat in the app. support@roobet.com to be excluded; cs@roobet.com to delete the account. They are different addresses.
- 1Open account settings and go to the Responsible Gaming tab.
- 2Step 1 applies a 24-hour cooldown. Pick casino, sportsbook, or both. During it you cannot wager, but Roobet says you can still log in to claim rewards. Do not.
- 3Nothing happens automatically when the cooldown ends. You have to come back, re-enter your password, and choose step 2. Set a reminder for the exact hour before you start.
- 4Choose the whole platform, not one section, and a length of 1 year or permanent. The menu also offers 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 to 9 months; those are timeouts with a different label.
- 5To delete the account rather than exclude, email cs@roobet.com from your account address with the subject "Account Deletion".
- 6Support replies within 24 to 48 hours and starts a 48-hour cooldown. A follow-up email arrives within 24 hours after that, and you have 24 hours to answer it. Four touchpoints over about three days; miss one and you start over.
- 7Withdraw any crypto balance before you start. Nothing is returned automatically.
Note. Checked 2026-10-05 against Roobet's help center (updated 2026-07-23) and its responsible gambling policy. Neither says support will exclude you immediately on request, and an earlier version of this page said they would; ask live chat anyway, but plan on the two-step process. Once set, Roobet says the exclusion is irreversible and cannot be undone by its team.
2. Enroll in your state's self-exclusion registry
Closing your Roobet account does not stop you from signing up elsewhere. State self-exclusion binds every operator licensed in your state, typically for a minimum of one year. It's the step that actually keeps the door locked.
Roobet: Roobet's own self-exclusion (not a state registry)
Account settings, Responsible Gaming tab. Two visits: a 24-hour cooldown, then you return, re-enter your password, and set the exclusion. It does not start on its own.
Minimum period: As short as 1 day. Choose 1 year or permanent; anything shorter is a timeout.
3. Block the app on your phone
Deletion is not enough. Apps can be reinstalled in seconds. Gamban, BetBlocker, and phone-level restrictions (iOS Screen Time, Android Family Link) all make reinstalling much harder. Hand the passcode to someone you trust, not yourself.

Closed accounts are a marketing problem for operators. Expect outreach. Being ready for it matters.
- →Crypto deposits clear in minutes and skip the bank checks that slow a debit card down, so there is no friction to buy you time.
- →Heavy streamer and Twitch promotion keeps the brand in front of you even when the app is gone from your phone.
- →Your state self-exclusion registry does not reach Roobet. It is run by Raw Entertainment B.V. under a Curaçao license, not a U.S. state license, so signing that register leaves this account untouched.

Closing one platform is the start, not the solution. Gambling disorder is a behavioral addiction recognized in the DSM-5, and it responds to real treatment: CBT, peer support, medication management in some cases, and community.
